We assist you in buying plot or if you already have one we visit and do a site analysis.
We give you a quotation for the architecture & structure drawings + approval cost (Skip this step if you already have a plan/ approval).
Once drawings are ready, we prepare project estimations (no charges).
On receiving the green signal from you we provide a formal BOQ. We divide the payment plan into phases: site clearance, boundary walls, foundation, ground floor slab, columns & walls, first floor slab cast (if applicable) or roof, finishing, external works.
Once we receive payment for the first phase, we work and complete first phase and wait until next phase payment is received. We share pictures and also do live video calls to make sure that you are up-to-date on work progress.
